First experience with this clinic. They fitted us in as an urgent visit the next day. My Jack Russell had a very sore tender right ear and after exam found to be a ruptured eardrum. He is slowly recovering and doing much better. Staff are kind, explanations of care given and discussed plan of action clearly, and excellent follow up. Great clinic.

I love their staff! They explained everything they were doing in a way I wish they'd do at human clinics, and were gentle with my animal. I feel confident and comfortable with their handling of my cat, and will be keeping them on as my primary veterinarians.

I searched around for a vet my two new dogs. I feel so blessed that they had an opening and we chose them. What amazing service through the whole process. They called several times before the appointment to get any records or information about Brooklyn and Millie. The level of care and kindness from the appointment setting to the follow up calls was amazing. On the day of the appointment the person who came to my vehicle to get them was so kind and friendly. My phone visit with the vet was so thorough, informative and not rushed. I felt heard. Thank you for such fantastic care for my babies, it is appreciated.

We came in for an emergency visit with our 5 year old French bulldog, who had eaten something toxic in the woods. When we arrived, the compassionate staff took our pup immediately and began helping her. During this terrifying ordeal, the staff continued to keep us updated and informed us on her condition and treatments. We are so grateful for Orchard Hills AH and especially thankful for Dr. B, who guided us through this whole experience and made sure our girl was stable enough to be transferred to a 24hr hospital. THANK YOU!

The staff here take great care of my cats . They check in when they are unsure about my directions and are so gentle with them. I feel confident that if the Dr suggests a test or treatment that it is what needs to be done. The arthritis medicine has turned my old boy into a teen again he's out getting into all kinds of trouble. Oh well at least he's not hurting and what did I expect naming him Trouble.
