We moved to Seattle two years ago and it has been impossible to find a vet for our dog with all of the shortages in our neighborhood. Out of nowhere one afternoon my dogs face and neck started to swell like crazy and in a panic I called all of the local vets and urgent cares and was told they will only see her if she is in cardiac distress. I grew increasingly panicked when I thought to call fair isle and explained my desperate situation. They were able to fit us in the following morning so we hopped the ferry and got our girl some medicine and scheduled a surgery. The surgery went well thanks to the care of the staff here. They were thorough and made sure to call us to get our approval for extra things before they did it. The vets and the staff are great at communicating and keeping you in the loop! I will gladly make the ferry trip here each time because I fully trust that my girl will get excellent care. We are very grateful, thanks fair isle staff!! 🤍

Best vet in the area! I have two young, unsocialized dogs, they hate the vet and sometimes get aggressive. Fair isle knows my dogs, remembers who they are, and always treats them well and safely. I know that they honestly want my pets to be healthy and safe and that's it, they have never pushed for treatment or extra costs I didn't need. I Once scheduled a same day emergency appointment and they had me in within 3 hours, my dog needed fluids, and they remembered who she was and walked to meet us with a muzzle in hand, just in case. I cannot recommend them enough, they take good care of my family.

The staff are wonderful! My GSD has never liked the vet and has had behavioral issue in the past but the staff at fair isle make him feel safe and comfortable! They go slow and at his pace and are so willing to work with us so that he has good experiences at the vet. They truly love animals which is why I bring all of my pets here.
