The people caring for my dog at WellHaven Downtown Vancouver are always so cheerful and caring. We have had great experiences each visit, since moving our care here last year. I have a 5 year old Shih Tzu, who I love dearly, and I feel that they take her care seriously. She had what I would consider a very intense & possibly traumatic dental procedure and recovered very well and without incident. I wholeheartedly recommend WellHaven Pet Health Downtown Vancouver!

Cynthia at Well Haven does a fantastic job in Practice Management! She is always professional yet personable & gets the job done! Additionally Dr. Dauphin did a great job with our pets surgery & our vet, Dr. Hashimoto & his support team are top of the line! I highly recommend that clinic!

Dr. Hashamoto is awesome. He treats my 2 boyz (Golden Retrievers) like they're his own. He always takes the time to explain what is best for them, whether it's a diet plan, preventative health care or a needed procedure. He keeps their health a priority and only recommends what is necessary or best for them.
