The people caring for my dog at WellHaven Downtown Vancouver are always so cheerful and caring. We have had great experiences each visit, since moving our care here last year. I have a 5 year old Shih Tzu, who I love dearly, and I feel that they take her care seriously. Dr. Hashamoto is awesome. He treats my 2 boyz (Golden Retrievers) like they're his own. He always takes the time to explain what is best for them, whether it's a diet plan, preventative health care or a needed procedure. He keeps their health a priority and only recommends what is necessary or best for them.
