The place is clean, and check-in is quick. The staff are attentive to your concerns, and they really made sure my dogs felt comfortable. I especially appreciate how well they treated my pets. I had a major issue with one of my dogs at Cedar Hills Banfield, and when I brought him here, they quickly diagnosed the problem and provided the right treatment that helped him recovered fast. I’m extremely thankful for their expertise and care. They are also very informative, whether it’s addressing major concerns or just a routine check-up. Every time I had questions, I felt like I received thorough answers. I’ve always felt reassured and taken care of here.

My dog is my Service Dog. We have battled a yeast infection in her ears, ever since I got her eight years ago. Less then two weeks prior to this last visit, a simple ear cleaning was done. In a week it was bothering her badly. I had asked for a deep ear cleaning but they decided not to do one. Its been a week, and I am taking her back. This time I want it done. I am a disabled vet, and money can be the issue in her treatment. But I count on her, and it saddens me to see her struggling.
