My barn cat Bob went in for an infection. He was allowed to come out of the carrier on his own and check out the exam room and staff. Dr Mark examined him gently. Bob was never stressed. Bloodwork was done. The following day Dr Mark called with diagnosis’s and thoroughly explained options. We can help Bob be comfortable at this stage of his life. All staff members were kind and caring. I can’t thank the staff enough for taking care of Bob and our family.

We have been taking our dog there for years. Friday afternoon we called them because we needed to have our dog put down. As any dog owner knows this is one of the hardest things you will ever have to do. I called them and was told that they were booked up for the rest of the day. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I called VCA and even though they were very busy and only had one vet working they got us in right away. We had to wait 15 or 20 minutes which we thought was very reasonable. They were all very compassionate and thoughtful. I'm glad I will never have to set foot in Animal hospital of Parkland again.

Took my two girl kitties into Parkland for their first exams and was treated wonderfully. Now taking the gray boy Grayson in Thursday. Glad I found wonderful people to care for my little family. ❤️

Great staff. Great care. Teddy was so happy to see his favorite people Cynthia and Sin, and he loved Dr. Renner. Thank you for seeing our boy so quickly for a much needed annual.

Just moved to the area. We had a wonderful first visit. Okami made friends with all the staff and was visibly relaxed and happy. Looking forward to going back for his future needs.
