This vet has treated me better than any vet ever has. My cat got sick and we were able to schedule a same day euthanasia appointment despite my cat not being a patient there. They were so understanding. Unfortunately, as soon as we made it to her appointment, she passed on her own. The vets and assistants were amazing. They gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. We had a few odd requests (such as getting a snip of her fur) but they didn't make us feel like it was strange at all. Not only did they treat us and my baby with such kindness, but the kindness extended even after her ashes were picked up. We received a card that all of the staff signed expressing their condolences. I really cannot thank all of them enough. The soft approach that the staff had when it came time for us to pay for her cremation was sweet. I'm sure it's difficult to have to be on the business side of things as someone is grieving. Thank you. A million times over. For allowing us to say goodbye and being so kind.

Super kind, friendly, and professional staff. They were very mindful of our dog's specific grooming needs. We truly appreciated their gentle care of our furkid.

I called to take my cat in for an emergency, and they saw my baby within minutes of the call! I was so worried, but they took amazing care of him, and he is a tough cat to handle lol. I am very grateful!!

Do not take your pet here. Nothing has ever been easy with these people. I've been taking my cat here for over 2 years for her Hyperthyroidism. She is on medication and has to be seen every 6 months for blood work so they have plenty of info on her condition. She has developed an eye infection and I called to get an appointment so we can get some antibiotics to treat it. Even tho she's been a patient for over 2 years I was told they are booked for the next month and I would have to call for an "emergency" appointment which of course costs $125. I asked if they could just prescribe the meds without an appointment since she's in the end stages of her illness and they have plenty of records on her health. I was told they can't see her today, and they won't prescribe the meds because they need to sedate her for the appointment. This makes no sense since all they have to do is look at the eye. It's all about the money here. I would have switched vets long ago if I wouldn't have had to start from scratch with someone new.
