After our Vet retired my husband and I needed to switch to a local vet. We have three dogs. One of our dogs is very reactive. When I made his appointment I let them know. They offered to take him in a separate door if needed. Thankfully it was not an issue. The Vet was very patient and talked me through the reactivity and offered serval suggestions to work on the issue. Office visit and shots were priced consistent with our other Vet. I felt they let me know what they thought was needed but did not pressure me in any way. The teeth cleaning was suggested and a quote was given before I left.

Great veterinary! Everyone so nice and patience. It was first visit for our cat, he was so nervous, but once doctor start annual check up, it was seems like he calmed down and trusted doctor.( there was offered a treats, but he saved it until home, so it is not about treats at all) . It was really important for me to see that people not just doing their work but actually love pets. Definitely will come again with my other cat.

I’ve been taking my little baby Shih Tzu here since about October of last year (2022), and I love it! I feel that everyone here who interacts with and has participated in the care of my little babe sincerely cares for him, and even I can tell he trusts them despite it being the vet. They are always clear & concise in their advice, and I appreciate the follow-ups and willingness to always answer my questions (I am a first-time dog owner). Thank you for welcoming us every time!

These people are not only super friendly they're also very knowledgeable and put up with my million questions after my pup's surgery about her recovery with grace and aplomb. I've moved away from them but continue to go back just because I love their service. They're consistently amazing.

**PLEASE READ** So glad I found these guys. I got a new pup who came down with Parvo. After several days in the ICU at Blue Pearl my pup was ready to come home, and needed to be seen at his regular vet for a one week follow up. I had been a long time client at a different veterinary clinic across the street, but when I called them to schedule a follow-up they were unwilling to see my Parvo pup. Yes, It is extremely dangerous and contagious which I understand... But After several years of being their client they would not even consider following up on my new puppy to ensure that he was okay. I was desperate and called Pacific Heights. Not only were they willing to take me on as a brand new client with a very contagious puppy, but In order to ensure that no other risk was taken for their patients, they came out to the car and did the exam, and consultation in the parking lot! My puppy was clear of Parvo, and he's been under their care for the past 4 months. We have a new family vet, and I couldn't recommend them enough.
