Too often, medical visits (for both humans and fur children) are wildly unpleasant - poor bedside manner, hurried interactions, a focus on profit over patient, etc. Not the case here. I brought my cat in for her annual check-up and the vet (Dr. Matt) spent ample time examining her, talking through potential treatment plans, and answering ALL of my many questions (plus some additional ones I emailed them about a few days later). Not once did I feel like they were going to rush me out or that they were going to recommend extraneous treatments my cat didn't need. I got the impression that everyone here actually CARED. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Miller and Dr Slentz at Loyal Companion Animal care. Their genuine care and compassion is truly touching. You never feel rushed during the exam...they explain everything fully and advise you of all of your options so that you can make an informed decision geared to your circumstances. I'm so glad to have found them for my dog Kya. Everyone in the office is always wonderful too, I appreciate them so much :)

We LOVE coming to Loyal Companion and have continued coming here, even as we have moved all around the PNW (we drive almost an hour to get there currently - love it that much!). Dr. Miller is our go to and always does the most for our pets. The staff are also so helpful and kind. They have, on numerous occasions, gotten our dog in last minute and helped us in an emergency situation. We have the utmost respect and appreciation for this team and clinic. Thank you!!

The absolute kindest, attentive, caring, helpful team I have ever experienced. My entire family and I have been going to Loyal Companion Redmond for over 10 years now. I have since lived on the East Coast, and now the south, and I still schedule my vet appointments with them because I have yet to come across a vet team that even comes close to Loyal Companion - and I’ve been to many others. From talking with the extremely kind and helpful team on the phone, to receiving extremely thorough and informative care from the Vet (all of which are amazing, but Dr. Miller has been my family and I’d go-to), I’ve never had anything short of a great experience. I know my dog is in great hands whenever I need to schedule an appointment with them, or even simply call to ask them a question. It’s so reassuring to have such an amazing team to go to for all my dog’s needs. If you’re looking for a vet, look NO FURTHER! Thank you all for everything!
