It was easy to schedule the vaccination appointment online with a time and have all the paperwork done. The PDF delivery of the documents afterwards is great also. The vet and assistant were very kind and gentle. The only thing I wasn't expecting when I had an appointment was to stand in line and wait for 15 - 20 minutes to get my cat vaccinated. I expected to have an appointment for when I. had it scheduled. It was a bit stressful for my indoor cat. Other than that, I liked the process and the vet and assistant.

Very fast in and out the lady gave my dog the shot and i was shocked no cry no scream my dog dident even know it happened really good vet thank you so much
