They are amazing! Dr. Cleveland was incredible. I said goodbye to my best friend and she was so wonderful to me and my pup. I don't think there is a better place to take your pup than HHHPUC.

Horse Heaven Hills has an amazing staff and facility. We were in Sunnyside visiting family; we came to Horse Heaven Hills under emergency conditions; having never visited them before. Our beloved dog Bear was suffering from seizures all of a sudden; we drove from Sunnyside, an hour away, and their staff was already awaiting our arrival and immediately took Bear in once we arrived. They were loving and caring, they were outfitted to cover any medical emergency; and got Bear stabilized quickly. We were able to transport him back home in Bellevue were he is doing well. Whether you need normal care for you pet, or emergency care, I would not hesitate to recommend Horse Heaven Hills to family, friends, or anyone in need of great vet care. Thank you very much Horse Heaven Hills staff for being there when we needed great care!

I had a great experience with Horse Heaven Hills taking care of my dog, Ellie. She recently went through surgery, and I truly felt like the clinic cared about her every step of the way. Dr. Hamack and Taylor were absolutely amazing—so kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. All the staff was so compassionate making sure Ellie was comfortable and well cared for. They took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions, which gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend Horse Heaven to anyone looking for a vet that genuinely prioritizes their pet’s well-being!

From the moment I walked in the door with my twelve year old sick pug Mr Grumpus, we were met with kindness and compassion. I had come to the very difficult decision to ease his pain and suffering. Everything was done to help make this deeply emotional process as comfortable as possible for us both. The tech Taylor (Tisdale) was excellent as she explained how humanely Grumpus would be put to rest. She gave me all the time I needed to sob and cry and say my Goodbyes. I was equally as impressed with Dr Hamack when she came in. Again, she made sure I was ready before she administered the final medication. I really appreciated the assurance she gave me that I had made the right decision for our Grumpy Boy. If you ever have to make the same heartbreaking decision about one of your loving pets, please take them to Horse Heaven Hills Pet Urgent Care. Your pet deserves the best. Thank you to all the staff, you are truly amazing.
