Outstanding vet! Took my puppy Blue a couple of time in the past six months and service here is 10 stars. Front desk Dasha I think that’s her name is always so responsive and works with my schedule to get an appointment booked. The vet assistant lady is always professional and explains things well. Please bring your pets here, they will be well taken care of. They even have toys in a room for dogs to play with, my dog loved it. My latest visit, eye drops were given to the pup and it already made a huge difference overnight.

We love Dr. Kayla Hough at Kestrel Veterinary Hospital! We first met Dr. Hough at her previous clinic, and when she opened Kestrel Vet, we left that vet clinic and followed her to Kestrel Vet. I'm so glad she opened her own practice in the area so we can keep taking our pets to her. I've probably interacted with 10 vets over the course of my life with various pets, and Dr. Hough is the best vet I've taken my pets to. She's so good with animals, and it's truly a gift that you can't teach. We went to the newly opened Kestrel Vet for the first time this week, and it was a great experience. Dr. Hough explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. Dr. Hough and Bai were so good with my timid dog. They made everything really positive and took their time with my dog so that it was a good experience for him. We never felt rushed. You can tell that they genuinely care about the animals they treat. I can't recommend this vet clinic enough! Your pet will be in great hands.

We had a great experience at Kestrel veterinary hospital in Edmonds. This Is the new clinic that looked really good, modern, and clean. I’m happy to have them in the neighborhood! Location was extremely convenient, there was tons of parking, and the parking was right outside of the clinic, which is nice. We needed to take our dachshund in for a check up and teeth cleaning and they did an excellent job. We did need to do a long overdue extraction which was taken care of the next day! The staff were all friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to get back to me on any questions I had. Dr. Hough communicated very well and I couldn’t imagine a better interaction with us humans and our dog. Looking forward to having Kestrel as our new veterinarian in the neighborhood!

We followed Dr. Hough to her new clinic, and we are so glad we did!! Like some of the other reviewers, we first met Dr. Hough when she was working at another clinic. My husband and I purchased a puppy through an online venue. Unfortunately, when the puppy arrived at Sea-Tac it was very, very sick. We rushed to the vet, and were lucky enough to get Dr. Hough that day. The puppy could not be saved, but Dr. Hough gave us ALL the information so that we could make an informed decision. Not only was she attentive to the puppy... she was also attentive to us, as we were very distraught puppy parents! We later adopted two adorable maltipoos, Grace and Max! Dr. Hough and her team have provided our girls with exceptional care! I love everything about Kestrel Veterinary! The entire staff is kind. You are guaranteed a smile upon arrival. They get you into a room quickly, but no one ever makes you feel rushed. And they are so gracious when you ask questions that you feel may be silly. Having a provider who communicates in a way that evokes confidence is a game changer! And Kestrel's prices are very reasonable! I am so grateful to have Dr. Hough, Dasha, Bai, and Athena as part of my "village"! If you are looking for excellence, I highly recommend Kestrel Veterinary Clinic!!

I switched to Kestrel from another vet and am really glad I did. I've been bringing my Great Pyrenees for about 8 months, and it feels like the team really knows and cares about him. The clinic is Fear Free, which has made a big difference—his visits are low-stress, and they handle things like nail trims in a way that keeps him comfortable. Dr. Hough is responsive and thoughtful, and even put together a detailed plan to help with his weight. The office is calm, easy to schedule with, and I always feel listened to and supported.
