This practice is absolutely AMAZING!! I have never experienced the kindness, care and efficiency within a Veterinary practice before! Our pet was terribly ill and the treatment he received was outstanding. The team made us feel as if our kitty was just as important to them as he is to us! The concern and after care communication has been incredible! They continue to provide knowledge and support and check in on us! We visited Livewell Animal Urgent Care 1 week ago, they were very focused on my dog’s health from the moment I called. We went in at 9p, on a Saturday for a swollen face. The team loved on her, and gave her lots of focus quickly. They are really an animal focused clinic, and everyone is joyful in stressful situations. They were able to see her, diagnose her, and give her antibiotics within 1 hour. When the time came to check out, it was nominally higher than a visit to my typical vet. In the 1 week since we saw Dr Biel, I have told 3 friends about our experience. Additionally, we schedule the follow up surgery with Dr Biel this week, and be visiting again when our normal vet is not available.

Called at opening time they gave me a good time to walk in. Our dog had a pee accident in clinic they were super gracious about it. We suspected a UTI and testing confirmed it. Vet (male) was very approachable and friendly. We got put on antibiotics and anti inflammatory. She’s doing much better already. The exam fee was $115 plus the testing and med charges apart. Which we found super reasonable. They checked in with us the day after. The rooms were nice and spacious.

I brought my cat Maverick in for a suspected UTI. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and were able to see us really quickly. Maverick also liked them, and he never does. Could be because they called him handsome a bunch, which can really win over anyone. In all seriousness, I would recommend this vet to anyone with urgent problems.

I want to share how wonderful this place is. EVERYTHING about this place. I came in with a very sick dog. They made me and my dog feel very welcome and safe. Two weeks later , 2 surgeries later, and they are still in contact with me . I would 500% recommend this place to anyone who loves their pets. Every single person really made this horrible situation much better. Thank you very much for everything you guys did for us.
