Dr. Neale and his team have become our cats' absolute favorites. Despite moving away from Bellevue, we continue to choose this veterinary practice for all our cats' needs. The team consistently offers exceptional support, is incredibly accommodating, and continually goes above and beyond. We are genuinely delighted with the top-notch service they provide.

They were able to fit in a last minute appointment for my sick cat, even as a first time client. Everyone I spoke with from the front desk, to the vet tech, to the vet himself were all very nice and understanding.

The front desk staff are friendly, the clinic is clean and Dr. Alex and his nurse did a great job on making our nerves cat calm down and complete the whole checkup. Overall it is a great experience.

I just want to leave a glowing review for the entire staff at cat care clinic. This past week my dear cat and friend Leela had to be put down at the clinic. The entire staff was incredible during this time. The vet gave me a hug when it was over because I was very emotional at the loss of my pet. Another member of the staff actually cried as I cried. These people really care. after it was all over and I got my pets remains. They included a card with each and every member of the staff writing their best wishes on it. I wish I could give more than five stars. I deeply appreciate the level of care that both my cat and I were given, and if I get another cat in the future I won’t hesitate to return to the Cat Care Clinic. Top notch five stars! I can’t say enough! Thank you.
