This Vet does it for the love of your pet and family. This staff is clearly motivated by genuine care for your pet. Every Vet was closed from NC to Richmond VA, I was turned away from a Vet because there is a shortage. Dr. Tim Stiff is the comsumate professional who was the only Vet who cared to continue to take patients. He and his staff saved the day! ***Other vets need to be ashamed of themselves for thinking emergency medicine only happens between 8 and 5.

This is not the place to go if you expect communication and a standard of care. The vet is nice and was very gentle and patient with my dog. My dog has a procedure done and they don’t even call to let you know that your dog made it out of the procedure okay. This is normal standard of care everywhere else but they expect the client to magically know when the vet is done with the procedure and call and ask. If the client guessed the wrong time they have to call back. Not the level of care I expected or experienced anywhere else.

We took advantage of their vaccination walk-in option on Saturday. The wait was not long, all the staff we met seemed nice and motivated and the prices were absolutely fair, as well! I can only recommend.

After moving to a new location I was looking for a new vet place and Magruder came up in my in my search. I highly recommend this place for your pet. They were availability quick for a new client! Highly recommend it.

Had to take the cats for boarding since no one will be home to care for them. Going she was goingn to Florida for the week and goingn to miss her and the cats. Cheedo and Meer. Both cats are so loved and spoiled. Ones a rescue cat and the other cat was adopted as a kitten
