What a special lady she is~ My 3 furbabies are cared for by Dr. Nick who is smart, compassionate and truly listens to your concerns. I also want to applaud Wendy, LVT, who is pleasant, engaging, great with my papillon mix, and keeps me informed. This clinic cares ... truly cares about their patients. Staff is Always helpful, considerate and personable. Friendly hellos and always a thank you! Vets are very good, taking time and not rushing . Also Vets don’t push us for treatments we might not be ready for or can’t afford. that is always nice.

Dr Jessup is amazing. She goes over and above when treating my cats. She is compassionate and knowledgeable and my cats love her. She finds solutions to every issue.

I have been taking my dogs to Franklin County Animal Hospital since 2018. I absolutely LOVE the docs and staff here! They are such a wonderful group of kind and compassionate people. The office girls are accommodating with appointments and go out of their way for their clients. The vet techs are very knowledgeable and kind-hearted, and the docs always take the time to thoroughly answer my questions and I never feel like I'm being rushed. Having moved here from another area of the country, I am very happy to have found FCAH and am so appreciative of the care my dogs receive here. You can't find a better vet practice.

Everyone was very professional, and friendly. The staff took the time to explain the procedures being done. I was kept informed about my pet's condition. They did a beautiful job. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my pet.
