This place is amazing!!! The staff were attentive, super sweet to my Jade kitty, and the pricing is fantastic! Very clean facility, too! I didn't know you had to be a client or that they did not do walk-ins, and they were so very understanding and got me in with a very short wait. But please, if you want to go there, make their lives easier and schedule an appointment first. Had I known, I would have done so.

I thought they were alright at first, but boy was I wrong. To sum it up in two words: Untimely. Unprofessional I made sure to schedule my dog's appointments around work, and the first one went off without a hitch. The second appointment, I showed up at my scheduled time and had to wait nearly 10 minutes for both receptionists to finish calls. They got me back to an exam room another 10 minutes later and I sat in the exam room waiting for SHOTS for 45 minutes. I listened as the doctor visited a patient whose appointment was supposed to be 2 hours later than mine. The techs gave me attitude when I peeked out to get an ETA and the doctor did not even enter the room until an HOUR after my scheduled time. For SHOTS and a discussion that took 5 minutes. ** 2 hours after my visit and original review I received a call from Tracy to inform me that the doctor did not check the other appointment first and that they had deactivated my profile and cancelled my future appointment (obviously in blatant retaliation for a negative review). I do not recommend this clinic. I obviously should have read more recent reviews. If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would.

I want to thank everyone at Country side veterinary clinic for the wonderful care we got yesterday. We had to bring in our sweet little Remi yesterday because he was not feeling well. We did not know what was wrong with him. But they took us in and examined him right away. Dr Kaitlyn Shosted was absolutely amazing and treated him right way. She was so very kind and understanding about our fears. She was very thorough about the care she was giving our little one. I can not tell you how grateful we are!

Our puppy was seen in the ER for dehydration from vomiting and diarrhea, and was directed to follow up with her Vet for treatment and possible antibiotics. The soonest Countryside would see her was 2 weeks after the ER visit, despite her deteriorating condition. It is VITAL to have a Veterinarian I can count on in an emergency, not just during routine care needs, and I am disappointed to learn this office can not be relied upon. They are fine for routine care needs.

Had my Husky spayed this week. It was a reasonable price and they spent a lot of time communicating after-care instructions. Also had my goat ultrasound done to verify pregnancy. Highly recommend!
