The staff is always friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We always feel that they have our furry loved ones best interest in mind. We would never dream of going any where else since their service always exceeds our expectations and is affordable.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Dr. Young, Heather, and the entire staff at Cypress Creek Animal Hospital. We are new to the area and just happened to do a web search for vets near us because our almost 2-year-old toy poodle who unexpectedly became sick in a matter of minutes. After calling another clinic first with no luck at getting help, we called Cypress Creek and were able to bring our baby in immediately and got scheduled for an appointment a couple hours later that morning. Their willingness to hear us out and welcome us in immediately provided us a sense of calm during a very scary time. When we arrived Heather's kindness and urgency amazed us, and we knew we were in the right place. Dr. Young and staff made our baby comfortable, attended to her and gave us thorough and consistent updates via phone calls, which we were pleasantly surprised to receive because this hasn't always been our experience at other clinics in the past. Dr. Young and staff assessed our baby and cared for her as if she was their own. When they provided us updates, they always made it a point to tell us how cute and sweet our baby is, which warmed our hearts so much! With Dr. Young's guidance, we have a plan to get to the bottom of our baby's ailments and in the meantime, she gave us an aftercare plan and ensured that our baby was healthy enough to come home! We LOVE Cypress Creek Animal Hospital. We have been going there for 18 years. We have had multiple animals treated by them and they are nothing short of awesome. From ALL the Doctors to ALL the rest of the staff are so caring and it is very obvious that their passion is the animals and families. Thank you Cypress Creek Animal Hospital for loving on our fur babies all these years.

The Cypress Creek Animal Hospital, specifically Dr Word, gently treated our geriatric kitty with kindness and skill. She was able to reduce his pain, administer antibiotics, and make him more comfortable in this last period of his life. The whole staff exhibited exceptional customer service and compassion 🐈⬛ We have previously used other vets in Wimberley and they didn’t come close to showing the concern, compassion and skill of Dr Word and the staff of Cypress Creek Animal Hospital 💕

Dr Henry and the staff are the best! Have been taking our dogs there ever since we moved to Wimberley 8 years ago. Two of our 15year old dogs died within a few months of each other and the staff was so compassionate and caring. They treat our little Gabby like she was their own. Highly recommend Cypress Creek Animal Hospital!
