The veterinarians here gave me 14 more months with Socks. The vet techs and the rest of the staff are the best. I highly recommend Van Zandt Veterinary Hospital. Every time I had to call them after hours they come. When Socks got sick the last time they didn’t give up on him Dr Prachyl was great at explaining everything. It was a hard and sad decision I had to make but everyone there made it as smoothly as they could. This place treats your baby as if it was theirs. I’m glad I was told to bring Socks to them because the other place I took him wouldn’t even try to help him and told me to take him home to die. The techs would send me pictures to help easy my mind when Socks had to stay there.

I boarded my 2 large babies in their condo, which was very clean and air conditioned. The staff was great and friendly. I will definitely keep this as my place to go. I can tell my babies were well taken care of and comfortable.

I like Van Zandt Animal Care because the staff is very friendly and the pricing structure seems much more reasonable compared to other clinics in my area. It’s also easy to get an appointment. No long waiting list. I highly recommend them.

We have been seeing Dr. Vantreas and Dr. Pratchell for severalnyears now, and the care they provide for our furry family members has been outstanding.. They never recommend anything they don't think they need and they always caring and compassion even when the answers we need are not happy answers.. We tell people all the time how wonderful their entire staff is!! I have sent several friends to them with their pets as well and they all have loved as well!!
