If you love your pet take them elsewhere. I do not recommend this place at all. Called to get a refill and was told the vet need to see them first. I will never use this place ever again. people are rude and they don't care.

Standard vet care for an emergency. Do not recommend for an established care vet. After moving on to another clinic, we feel like this clinic overcharges and takes advantage of established patients. The older woman vet is extremely combative if you question any charges.

Only place we take our little dogs. They know them by name, not because they are always there but because they care. We travel and board our dogs here, only here. If we haven't traveled in a while they ask how one or the other is doing. I'm pretty sure my dogs know where they're going and enjoy going.

This is the only Hospital we have ever used. Through several dogs, Dr. Lucy is great, the staff are very professional and friendly, they know their clients. Colton loves going to Western Hills.
