Absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE! This will be my second time taking my cat Zeus here and absolutely loved the service and generosity the team has given both to me and Zeus. Such lovely people who can take good care of your fur babies while you’re away THEY EVEN SEND CUTE PICTURES. My cat has been to other pet hotels that haven’t taken good care of him, which has brought sum fright to him. Upon when I first started taken him to Ellis Country Pet Resort I was told he was a bit feisty but the young lady I spoke to then reassured me she has dealt with cats like mine and gave me advice on what I could use on my cat to make sure my cat was more comfortable when arriving. I could not thank her enough if I were to see her again because it most certainly worked. If anyone wants to know what I use now it’s “NaturVet: Quiet moments calming aid” and I also use “Meowijuana: Mice Dreams AND Kalico Kush By Catnip Company”. If I could give this place 10 stars I would, you guys are the best and thank you for the cute pictures.

My pup attends daycare twice a week and I boarded her for 9 days. I absolutely love this place! They take such good care of my baby. Daycare- She gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot! It’s been helpful for her socialization and energy levels. I love the pictures I’m sent. She falls right to sleep in the car ride home. Boarding - I paid extra for her to have a private room and extra playtime since she was only 4 months old at the time. I recieved a picture every day of them reading her a book at night 🥹 and when I picked her up she was healthy and happy. Grooming - I did the basic bath. her fur was so soft, ears cleaned, and paws trimmed. I added on the bail dremel to smooth out her nail trim. She is an anxious dog . She doesn’t bite, she just gets nervous easily. When I picked her up she was so soft and clean. They’re great at nail trims! I am moving soon and my new place was chosen because I can drop her off here on the way to work. We love it!

Ellis County Pet Resort has taken outstanding care of my dog! I have nothing but trust and respect for this company as an employee and a customer! The dogs are barley in the kennel during the day and the only time they are in the kennel is for meals! There is always someone watching the dogs and the company has a great cleaning process of the kennels to prevent any illnesses going around. Definitely the best place to bring your dog and a fun place to work! As employees at Ellis County Pet Resort our number 1 priority is ensuring your dog is happy and safe! We love to cuddle each and every dog and play fetch with them!

My puppy Silk loves it here. He goes to doggie daycare. He has met new friends. When I drive up to the pet resort, he's excited to get out of the car. Thank you for taking care of Silk when we need the help.
