Wow I can’t believe I missed reviewing them. I have been going to these vets for 44!!! Years. Yes! It’s true. Dr proctor, dr gates(both of them) and everyone they hire care about your pet !! And they sure try to keep the cost down.

UC Animal Hospital has provided exquisite care for my babies. I had to make the most difficult and heart wrenching decision to let my sweet Kirby go in peace to the after life today. Denise and all those in the front office were wonderful and empathetic in helping me prepare for the appointment. Dr. Proctor has been treating Kirby through his golden years and has provided the most sensitive and compassionate care. I am so grateful he was able to assist my Kirby today in a peaceful and painless passing. He was quick, caring, and professional and my Kirby went to peace and rest with us by his side. Dr. Proctor really cares about his patients with such a genuine and big heart and I think that made a huge difference in my Kirby’s comfort and and ease on his final journey. It could not have gone better. I am so grateful for Dr Proctor and UC for providing top notch care.

I have been with this clinic since 1998 when Dr Gates started seeing my ferret. I had ferrets and lizards in the past but now my dogs and cats all get seen here. Simply the best ❤️

So why one star? Well. When you call the number listed wen you google "veterinarians who offer insemination services" a person does not answer. Nor does a blasted computer telling me how "important your call is to us" and how you will answer my call at some point over the next 20 days. No siree...but I did just have my ear dru.s blasted out by a FAX MACHINE which is what you get when you call the nu.ber so be aware! Well done guys. Well done! I have no idea if they do what I wa a calling about. Guess I will never know!!

The staff are all very caring! We have gone several times for our pups and they always take really good care of them. Waiting room inside is very small but there’s plenty of seats outside to wait! Totally LOVE how they take care of our babies!!
