I had 2 males neutered and 2 females spayed. They were really reasonable on their prices for them. I did have a little wait to pick them up it took awhile for any of the office staff to acknowledge me which was a little odd but other than that they were wonderful and cats are 100%!

Staff is friendly enough, however an appointment time means nothing. The first time I was there, I waited a half hour to be seen and second time, I was there for an hour and still hadn’t been seen. I kept being told the vet will be with me shortly, however I had another appointment I had to be at so I had to walk out. I won’t be coming back for that reason. Maybe change it to walk in only so people don’t get upset for not getting in at their appointment time.

My oldest cat was attacked by one of my other cats. I called West Texas Animal Hospital, they were able to see the same afternoon. There was no waiting in the waiting room and she was seen by the vet almost immediately after going to the exam room. Super amazing vet, my cat was never scared of her. The price was amazing, I am use to the inflated prices of Austin. This clinic has truly earned my business.
