I got my annual check-up and grooming today, but the fur under my neck was shaved off so my skin looked swollen and my dog face looked unfinished. Today, I paid $395. I wish there was better service

We have been with Forest Creek Animal Hospital for 14 years and so sad we are moving away. They have always been so great with our dogs and are so kind and friendly. Thank you and we will miss you!
