We are so thankful to find Dr. Sidwa and her wonderful team at the new CityVet Rockwall! She came highly recommended from friends in the Plano area. Dr Sidwa and her teams attention to detail with examination and caring for our pets were truly perfection. Actually the perfection started with Kayla who was so kind and spent time setting up our appointment and recording details of our pet concerns and medical history. Then on arrival team members genuinely greeted us at our car to help us safely into the clinic. This clinic is well staffed with the nicest people. Each person I met was warm and ready to help. I wish I could remember all the names of the nice people on staff. Our tech Maddison was wonderful getting our pet folders started efficiently and with much detail. Dr. Sidwa was extremely knowledgeable professional and kind. Our pets loved her and her team. After our appointment several team members helped us to our car. Just perfect from start to finish! We are so thankful to have this amazing quality of veterinary care closer to home.

My Frenchie/Boudreaux had to have an ER surgery, on Sat when the office was actually closing for the day. We did not have a vet in this area, so I just got on line and researched reviews. Everyone at City Vet Rockwall office was super helpful and friendly. Dr Sidwa was super kind, she listened to my concerns went over everything in detail and laid out his plan of care. I truly appreciated how Boudreaux and I were treated with compassion and concern in a stressful situation. We are now home and recovering from a successful surgery. I highly recommend this vet office for your fur-babies.

I am so beyond thankful for Kayla and Dr Sidwa… my 6 month old puppy broke his leg, and no other vets had time to see him today. 2 hours before closing they let me bring him in, do x-rays, give him a splint/cast, and medicine. They were SO kind, thoughtful, and sincere to me during this whole situation. I’m so glad I found this office and these kind ladies! My puppy and I are so thankful for their fast and selfless care this evening. They saved me a lot of money (avoided the urgent vet) and stress. Thank you so much and I highly recommend them!

Absolutely love this new location! Our fur babies (dogs and cats) have been seeing Dr. Sidwa for years at the White Rock location and now we’re here! Everyone is always so nice and understanding no matter what we bring in lol! Rachel was super nice to our insane dogs and Dr. Sidwa is the most knowledgeable doctor we’ve ever been to who just cares so much about our pets!! We will continue coming here for the phenomenal care/service!! :)
