Horrible experience. They had glass on their premise and never answered my email. Had to pay $500 at a different vet for her to get surgery when she went in for a yearly checkup (update shots). My dog has unnecessary surgery because of the poor conditions of their parking lot.

Dear Pet Check Management, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your clinic on November 2, 2024 I took my two dogs in for a routine visit, and unfortunately, I encountered Misti who had a poor attitude. During my visit, I was informed that nail trims are not performed on weekends, which was disappointing. I would have appreciated clearer communication regarding this policy when I initially inquired about scheduling. Additionally, I had to arrange the appointment Thursday due to a vet not being available, which caused some inconvenience. I believe that improving staff communication and customer service would greatly enhance the experience for pet owners. I have collected my pet records and will not return to this location.

Great vet office. In and out quickly, reasonable prices compared to some vet offices. Nothing fancy or over the top. They don't try to up sell you on everything like some vet offices try to do. Been coming here for years with my fur babies!
