I had my pups there for the last 3 years. Astro was always taken care of by greatwood in this life and the next. He just passed recently and they assisted through the process and continue to make us feel at home. If and when we get another pups I will always be back.

I don’t have enough words to describe the exceptional service they provide, and not only to my pets (four dogs and two cats, and they all have visited Greatwood Vet Hospital for the last two years)but to myself too!! Shannon is amazing!! She is very knowledgeable, she took the time to explain me in detail what my dog has, the treatment he will get, and she did it with a great smile and patience; she really made me and my husband feel very comfortable and confident that our very dear Ranger ( my dog) is in the best hands!! She is simply the Best!! Their staff at the counter are always very kind and helpful from the moment you make the appointment until you leave their office, and the doctors are great too! I highly recommend it!! This is definitely the best place to take your loved pets!!

Great local vet to Greatwood. Super friendly and professional staff and they really take the time to talk with you in detail on your pet, options for treatment and preventative strategy (we have a senior dog). Also very price competitive vs some of the other local Sugar Land vets.

This isnt a review i want to write but feel as though people have a right to know. Our entire family has been coming to Greatwood Vet for over 15 years. 10 plus animals. Over a span of less than a year, 2 of our cats have passed during surgeries performed here. One of those being routine. Dr Anderson does seem to care but the rest of the staff does not. In the last few years the customer service has gone down hill. It seems they are more concerned with money rather than taking care of the animals coming through the door. It's become a mill. Its sad that our family now has to look elsewhere due to literally losing our pets at the hands of these people. Caution before you decide to come here for anything or than vaccinations. edit after their response: Our pets are under my mothers name not mine. One of those surgeries was a Neuter. The other kitten went into septic shock after being picked up from an eye surgery. Which we had to find out from another Vet. Just because you dont find my name in your records doesn't mean it didnt happen. Yall have already reached out about one of those incidents however thats not my point of this review. The point is to caution others from using this facility for surgeries. The lack of communication and professionalism in this place just shines through all these replies as well. Yall only care about money and lack compassion and comprehension.

We have been a customer for at least 14 years. We called to get an appointment with a vet to get their insight for an emergency examination and we were pressed for time due to travel out of town. They had no openings ,but would call to discuss our situation. No one called, complete lack of concern or care. We called a different vet who was also fully booked, but listen to our concern and made immediate accommodations for us the same day. We will never go back to this vet hospital again.
