Dr Gatlin and her staff are always caring and nice no matter how busy the office is. Our Harley was very ill and they gave her the best love and care and then let us have all the time we needed to be with her until she crossed over. So thankful for such sweet ladies and Dr Gatlin!

My 2 year old rescue dog has severe anxiety and refuses to go in the clinic so Dr. Gatlin and her assistant come outside to see Lilli. The level of customer service is always way beyond my expectations.

Dr. Gatlin and her staff have been so kind in taking care of my dog. She explained in detail everything that she thinks is going on, gives clear recommendations on treatment plans, and assured me that she will give her best effort to whatever decisions I make for my dog.

Dr G is on it!! We see her monthly with the rotation of furry babies that we have. Even met us for an emergency at 8pm one night!! Beyond great customer service and love for her skills!!

The people have been very caring with Gracie and worked with me when my husband had to be hospitalized. Gracie is hearing impaired and needs special attention and I have been comfortable leaving her in their care. Also prices are reasonable. They seem to genuinely like Gracie and that means a lot.
