Wonderful experience with Embrace. I saw a recommendation from a mom’s group and took my fur baby for an end of life examination. What could have been a terrible experience turned out to be very promising. They were nurturing and climbed down on Lilly’s level. No scary metal table for your pet to step up to, they just made sure she was comfortable. After examining we determined she has a few more weeks or maybe months left. 5 Stars for sure! Stephanie Funk

WOW! This is undeniably the greatest Vet office we have ever been to! The facilities are clean, and the staff is EXEMPLARY. Dr. Simmons is the practice owner, and she felt like family after our very first visit. Dr. Carrol and Dr. Larson are the other doctors, and they have been so patient and caring towards our babies. Best of all they are not pushy about treatment! The Vet Techs are gentle and knowledgeable. We have had excellent experiences with Kimberly, Kori, Jessica, and Cierra. I fully trust them all with our babies! They do a great job of explaining how to administer medication, and any other at-home care that is required. Last but not least, I consider customer service to be the most underrated aspect of any healthcare clinic, and that is truly where Embrace shines. Kayla and Jenny are truly the backbone of the clinic, and every single interaction we have had with them has been pleasant! We recently got our 4th cat, and he preceded to get our other cats sick 1 by 1. Embrace was extremely accommodating, and we received daily texts asking for updates. By the way, this went on for over a month while our babies recovered. We never got the feeling that we were being a burden. This level of care and attention is truly unheard of. My expectations are through the roof when it comes to the care my family receives, and somehow Embrace Wellness has exponentially exceeded those expectations time and time again! My family will be customers for life!

Such an amazing clinic! So clean, and we loved that everything from waiting to check out was handled in the comfortable exam room. This is especially nice for us since we have two big Labs who feel they need to greet anything with a pulse. Being able to schedule via text was so convenient. We were also able to bring both of our Labradors in at the same time for their annual visit, which is a huge perk for our family. Dr. Carroll was so kind and informative. She took the time to review all the recommended care without pushing anything that wasn’t an immediate need. She also welcomed any questions we had, and we did not feel rushed! If you have any questions about your pet’s health/care we’d highly recommend her! All in all the visit was so positive, short to no waiting, and a wonderful staff!!

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Simmons and the rest Embrace staff. The office itself is beautiful and welcoming. Each exam room is comfortable with charm. My dogs get excited about visiting everyone at the office. Everyone who has met Titan and Roo are warm, thoughtful, thorough and remembers personal details about them. You can tell each one of them is genuine and takes their role seriously in total pet care. It was their thoroughness that helped us catch a malignant tumor in Roo early for removal, as well as understanding the best and latest in medical practice to help Titan with pain management, which has given him back his bouncy personality. I also love that they have the Jack Angel fund for pets in need of financial support for intensive care. They keep it fun with their monthly pet recognition on IG. I love this staff and feel fully confident in them for the extensive care for my pets. They are the best!

Dr. Simmons, the staff and the clinic as a whole are AMAZING! I just recently transitioned my furbabies’ care from another local vet over to Embrace Wellness and Dr. Simmons and I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Simmons genuinely cares for your furbabies as if they were her own and it’s evident through her interactions with them. She’s extremely knowledgeable, goes into detail to make sure you understand and is up front about any costs. The clinic itself is not only clean, but has a relaxing and comfy feel to it. The staff are all so incredibly sweet and caring. My only regret is that I hadn’t moved my pups’ care over here sooner because it’s been the best experience ever!!!
