I have looked for a vet this competent, capable, and good for years! He truly loves animals, you can feel his passion. He’s happy to share in your joy and pain that we all go through with our animals. His bedside manner is the best I’ve ever seen. He even knew how to take care of my mean cat with velvet gloves. I’m so happy that I’ve found a place I can actually trust with my animals, and when I leave I know we’ve been well taken care of!

I have a pitbull that we adopted. He had problems with reactivity and had done amazing with training. The last hurdle was the vet. I don’t know who hated the visits more, him or me. Until…. I switched to Dr. Tammy and Portland Animal Hospital based on the recommendation of my trainer. Dr. Tammy and Grace, the vet tech, worked with us. We did “well” visits until we were ready. Today was the day for his shots. My dog, Brindle, did great and so did his mama. Whew. I am so very grateful. Dr. Tammy understands dogs and perhaps more importantly, their owners. Highly recommended and very fair pricing too.

When I tell you, this is by far the most amazing vet I have ever been too. This is a place where your pets just aren’t patients, but your pets are their family too! From the front desk all the way to Mr. RAFAEL!! He saved my baby girl and in my budget. I will forever be grateful to this vet practice.
