I’m from Brownsville and our vet at Boca Chica Animal Hospital refused to see our pet Lucy. I called PI Animal Clinic to see if they could examine my her. They not only said yes, they stayed open 20 extra minutes to give us time to get there. They have excellent customer service and explained every detail to us!! We will be forever grateful. Our pup had ear aches due to allergies. We took him to Port Isabel Animal Clinic for an emergency visit. It was easy to schedule the same-day appointment. No wait time. The staff was friendly. The vet was very knowledgeable. They did the ear culture test on-site. Got us the medications. We were in -and-out within 30 minutes. The pricing was very reasonable. I would take my dog back to that place if needed.

Our rescue dog Champ is very happy to be with us for the last 3 1/2 years, but when he gets his ear infections he’s not happy at all. From the kind greeting from Ella to the friendly staff and doctor, Champ left feeling taken care of! Thank you everyone 😁

We are new to the area so this was our first visit to this office. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor were very welcoming and so sweet and loving toward our dog. Our dog is a rescue and every time we’ve taken him to the vet it the past he peed all over me and shivered in terror the entire time. Somehow he made friends with everyone there and wasn’t afraid at all. They have him shots, cleaned his ears, trimmed his nails all with no problem. The doctor was very thorough and open to all the questions. They really took care of him and now we don’t have to feel anxiety about taking him to the vet. 10/10 I would recommend this place. Can’t say enough about the great experience we had.

While on Holiday, we had to bring in our dog for microchipping and a booster of rabbis. Making the appointment was really easy. We were about 10 minutes early and we were helped earlier with no problem. The staff is very friendly and they even gave me a follow up call to confirm some information. Highly recommended.
