I love this place. The staff and doctors are amazing, caring, compassionate people. We recently had to put down my baby boy with them and they took such great care of us through the process. He had been recieving care from them over years due to a chronic condition. They always tried their best to help him and always explained everything to me before things were done. They really bonded with my cat and I couldn't imagine a better place to take animals for care.

I love this vet. I’m new in the area and I was able to get an appointment the same day for my border collie. I updated her shots and we started arthritis treatment with monthly shots of librella. I had to get a new vet, Hayden Bradshaw at Ponder Veterinary Clinic, and I’m so pleased to have found a vet who has doctors that are friendly, professional, and concerned about my pet as much as I am. The second time I went there they were able to fit me in same day within 30 minutes. Frenchy was hobbling around because her shot started to wear off. Dr. Hayden saw us again and showed me how to give Frenchy shots at home. I administered her shot with Dr. Hayden’s help and I was able to buy a couple doses for 2-3 months to give at home. I’m so happy Frenchy’s back to herself. Librella made a huge difference! Thank you Dr. Hayden and Ponder Veterinary Hospital. We love your services and your practice is so clean and welcoming.

My old guy was passing on and transitioning to his new life. Though a very difficult time for me the staff here went above and beyond. They explained things in detail to my husband and really helped us understand what was going on with our little guy. They were even kind enough to send us mail and I promise you I wasn’t expecting that at all. Thank you for your kind words. Bruno LOVES visiting Ponder Veterinary Hospital. He loves everyone there, and even tries to help out when it's Murdock's turn for a checkup! Dr. Norwood and his team have been taking care of our fur-babies for over 15 years now and it's always a great experience.
