Make an appointment. I always forget. I have a healthy dog so we just go in for annual checkup and booster shots. We have experienced two different veterinarians on our visits. They were both kind, caring, and thorough. The office staff is friendly and makes every attempt to ensure your safety and that of your pet, which is part of the appointment process. They see large and small animals. I believe that our fur baby is receiving excellent care. We will continue going back to this clinic.

Called to get into see a vet with concerns of my dog with some poisoning which is symptomatic and I am told to call around to other vets. Their Vet is not available or booked up. (My Vet down the road said the same thing) They didn’t even have the decency to take name or number and at LEAST say they will give a message to the VET. Who do we go to for PET EMERGENCIES around here?

How about no stars.. These people do not have a heart for the animal at all. Had an outdoor cat that got hit by car Saturday night. Memorial Weekend. The cat was still alive through it, took him Tuesday morning first thing and this woman turned her nose up and said that he was a stray and listen to him, he's gonna die anyway. But we can't put him down anyway...too booked.
