The loss of my youngest baby, June, has been one of the hardest I have gone thru. Silverlake Animal Hospital took care of us like family! Her ashes came back in a very nice box that we picked for her, and a gold plaque with her name on it, a certificate of cremation, all wrapped in a beautiful dark blue velvet bag. Thank you SAH for taking care of us, and making June feel comfortable on her last moments.

We were very impressed with the customer service. They made us feel like our giant puppy Rocco was a long time patient. Thank you all for making Rocco feel comfy before and after his surgery. We greatly appreciate at how detailed all the information was and especially y'all's friendliness.

I was looking for an animal hospital for my dogs in the area and found this one. I was completely impressed by their professionalism, quickness, and thoroughness. The nurse and doctor took their time explaining things and answered all my questions. My dogs will definitely be going to this animal hospital for their needs.

Silverlake Animal Hospital is the best veterinary care I have experienced - and I have been to several. The staff is amazing and what really impressed me is Dr. Susie Quast. She is unique in that she takes her time to share everything about your pet . If she leaves before you meet with her , she will call you . She is very thorough with her explanations or findings . From my experience, it’s always a rush to get my questions answered , pay and leave. I have never felt like I am being rushed . And , you can feel that she is genuine . When you leave, you are left with the impression that she is a veterinarian because she truly loves what she does. ❤️🐱🐶
