I was working a very difficult case which a client had lots of questions. Jonathan was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He answered every one of my calls and was incredibly patient with all the back and forth that I had to do in terms of speaking with our client and their pharmacy. There was an issue with UPS and he reached out to them and kept me updated through the whole process. Again, Jonathan was wonderful to work with and people at this company should be trained to work and communicate like he does. He deserves all the recognition and a raise!!

What wonderful customer service I received from Libbie. She had to jump thru hoops to get my 12 year old cat his compounded medicine sent out the same day the prescription was faxed. Never felt like my order was put to the side. I could tell Libbie really cared for my pet. She is a definite asset to Pet Script. Thank you, thank you Libbie!
