This was my first Visit to family pet clinic of North Richland hills. I bought my 6 month old German Shepherd puppy in to get a basic examination head to tail. They had to do x-rays, and I was informed that she would be back into the room as soon as she finished doing x-rays. But they did an examination on my puppy without me, and I was not told that they were going to do that procedure without me. This is my issue with this business. Please inform your clients about procedures. Keep us in the loop.

Healthy check up for 3 and 1/2 year old guinea pigs. Been going here for years , love staff and doctors. They treat your pet one of their family Highly recommend this place for your pets.

I bring all 4 of my dogs here. The staff remembers me and them every time, even if I just call. You can tell they do care and it’s not just a business. I am very happy with thier services.

I can’t say enough good things about this vet office. They were extremely kind, understanding, and patient. My kitten had THE BEST experience, which is really important to me. They played and loved on her and totally matched her energy. They gave me tons of information and answered every silly question I could think of. I can’t recommend them enough!! THANK YOU
