How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Titus County Veterinary Clinic

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

Friendly staff. Nice facility but their definitely hustlers there. Called to see what an exam would be and they told me 54$. Took my dog in for its issue and next ting I know I got a paper saying I owe $100+. Then they came in two more times saying I needed to buy this and that. Walked out paying nearly 200$. At first I thought they were just doing the exam. Than they hand me the paper saying that I owed the 100 +$. Not cool. Won't be going back there at all. Better luck next time right. If you do go here make sure you 1,000,000% specify what it is that you need or you'll get hustled!

Today I saw 2 kittens fall out of the bottom of a moving car on I-30. One ran away and one we were able to get. We took her to Titus County Vet. They were booked for the day, but fit us in to help make sure our kitten was ok. They were so sweet, caring, and acted with a sense of urgency. Thank YOU!!!!

I unfortunately had to take my beloved yorkie in and we had to put him down. Dr Heintz and staff were very compassionate and took the time to explain everything to us. They made this process a little easier and greatly aprreciated it. She has cared for my dog for over 5 years and every visit has always been good.

Both of my visits were top notch. The 2nd visit was unfortunately for my beloved pet sheep that was attacked by my dog. Dr Heintz and her staff were so compassionate and assuring at a time when I felt like the worst pet owner in the world. They took great care of my little guy and with 0 notice (sorry). I am so grateful to live down the road from them. I can't thank them enough for their help and kindness. Thank you for saving his life.
