Dr H is amazing!!! We've been having some serious issues with our old english bulldogge Jager & she listens to all of our concerns & thoughts instead of treating us like we know nothing (like most drs) She is loving & gentle with our boy, he's my husband's service dog so the stress level is very high! She takes her time with you & her staff is truly incredible. I highly recommend her to anyone & everyone!

First time visit with older male dog. Tyler was a very detailed assistant; checking over my dog from nose to tail. Listened to my concerns (3) and asked probing questions. This was a new experience, but he and later the Doctor herself, went over the treatment plans and their costs! Being new to Jarrell, I had no vet for my dog and it was more or less a gamble as to where to go. I won the coin toss.😋 She scheduled a follow up to check his progress. I’m impressed.

We’ve been taking our dog, River, to Dr. Melissa Havemann and her team since day one, and I couldn’t imagine a better vet experience. Dr. Havemann and her staff are truly exceptional—they always go above and beyond, making us feel like family with every visit. Their kindness, dedication, and genuine care shine through in everything they do. I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful team to trust with River’s health!

I have had dogs throughout my life and have visited various veterinarians. However, I must say that Compassion Veterinary Clinic has truly exceeded my expectations. They provided the best veterinary experience I have ever encountered. The staff demonstrated genuine compassion during my entire visit and were attentive to all my questions. It was evident that they truly care about their clients. Since it was my puppy's first visit to the vet, their patience and understanding were greatly appreciated, especially considering her youthful energy. The team displayed a high level of knowledge regarding my inquiries and offered valuable recommendations. Additionally, I found their prices to be reasonable. The 30-minute drive for this exceptional level of care was certainly worthwhile. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking veterinary services.
