How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Exclusively Equine Ambulatory
Preventive care
Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.
Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance
Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

Dr. Trish has treated all our horses over the past year and we’ve been so pleased with the outcome. Our latest patient spent 46 days with her for an eye injury and we could not have asked for better results. We are happy to call her our vet!

Dr. Trish recently did a PPE on one of our foals, my first time meeting her. She did a great job and had a yearling come up with a swollen knee and lame, she came out right away! You just don't get this kind of service anymore. Super friendly, knowledgeable with the latest tech in digital imaging. Really super impressed with her! Highly recommend!
