I really thought I found a great Vet for my elderly baby. I paid for the docs visit and for the labs. This second time there I can’t afford the price for their meds. (The last time I was able to buy from them.) she is in terrible pain and the carprofen is too high in price and also the thyroid medicine is three times higher than an online pharmacy. . Healthy Paws will NOT approve a prescription over the phone or fax even if the VET wrote it. So my older best friend can’t get any relief because we are waiting for mail in prescription services. This practice is all about Up charging and doesn’t really care at all. Buy from them or your pet suffers. It’s about the money. I’ll never bring her back. TERRIBLE. DAYS later… as you can see in the comment below… I was only given the option to purchase from Healthy Paws or mail in my scripts. There was and never has been another option. I did get a dismissal letter today from the office manager after posting the facts. Why would I reach out to her? My dog is suffering because of this practice. Feel free to reach out to me. Very friendly and compassionate staff. Doctors friendly and willing to listen to and answer questions from clients. I drive from Tyler to continue seeing them since moving. They have been taking care of our pets for 6 or 7 years now.

Highly recommend. Our sweet dog gashed her leg open on a sharp object during ball play, and required medical care. Healthy Paws accommodated our emergency with patience and caring. Even tho they seemed very busy, they squeezed us in quickly, gave no-nonsense and effective treatment, and were refreshingly easy to work with.

You guys did an amazing job getting my rowdy bunch in and taken care of. My aussie is already showing major improvement from his allergies and we couldn't be happier. I told them a budget and they were able to provide so many services for my babies for the money we spent. Thank you Dr Lane amd staff!
