They take great care of my kidney kitty, Boo. She's a spicy kitty and they work with her to give fluids every week. They are one of the reasons she's still going after 2 years of end stage kidney disease.

Family has been coming here for a while so I had high hopes. Receptionist called me in the morning and I was being very polite. She informed me that I filled out the form wrong, totally fair, my mistake. However, she used the words “that’s now how it works” in a manner that I didn’t quite appreciate. Admittedly it’s a very small gripe but I don’t tolerate people that don’t match my energy.

I have been taking my pets here for over 20 years. Kevin and Liz and all the staff are the most amazing, caring people. Professional, kind and up to date with all the new medical stuff. I highly recommend them.

Very professional and good work with animals. However, Their prices on products have gone up very high opposed to the last time I bought Heart Guard and other products.
