Loved the care the vet tech showed my girl. Very patient and attentive. The doctor was also great. Very calm and thorough. You can feel the love they all share for animals. I felt they really cared about their patients. Very happy to have a doctor and Techs that truly care as much as I do.

I absolutely love this vet. One of the very few vets I’ve encountered lately who actually cares about the animals they treat. You can just tell that she loves animals and her staff is amazing! My faith in having a local vet - renewed!!!! I highly recommend!!!!

Rico was in trouble with high fevers. We are new to the island and suddenly fell on financial hardship in that moment. We were desperate. After talking with staff with what was going on we were relieved they took us in when other places denied us. Rico got the attention and meds he needed to get better. We are ever so thankful they were able to work with us in our time of need. Rico has a new family to call home for all his wellness needs along with our other fur babies and exotics.

The staff are always so sweet and understanding each time I visit. Though the waits might be slightly longer than you expect, that's just because they want to give each and every pet the attention and care they deserve.

Could not be more thankful for this place. We are vacationing from Dallas and my elderly dog ingested quite a bit of sea water and, naturally, I was terrified. I called two vet clinics in Galveston before this one and they both said that I would need to wait at least 6 hours for an appointment. The Animal Clinic told me to come in right away and treated her with the utmost care and respect. They kept her for 6 hours for observation and treatment and answered my questions via text and call the whole way. They even called and checked on her the next day to make sure she was recovering well. Again, I can’t possibly imagine how much more terrible this situation could have been had we not met them. Truly amazing people.
