Unfortunately, we arrived with a critically ill pet and had to say our final goodbyes, but I cannot even express how appreciative I am to the staff at VEG. They were so kind and compassionate during an extremely difficult time for our family. We were allowed to stay with our sweet girl the entire time to love and comfort her as she went through evaluations. Once we decided we needed to let her go, we were given as much time as we needed both before and after for goodbyes. I hope you never need their services, but if you do, I highly recommend Dr. Sass and the entire staff at VEG Frisco. I wish I had all of their names, each and every person was beyond amazing.

I can't thank this ER vet clinic enough for the incredible care they gave my dog during an allergic reaction. From the moment we walked in, the staff was calm, compassionate, and efficient. They quickly assessed his condition, explained everything clearly, and got him the treatment he needed right away. Dr Nelson was thorough and kind, answering all my questions and making sure I understood how to care for her at home afterward.

Very friendly and professional staff. Even though they weren't able to complete care for my cat, Jazmine, due to her not cooperating, I feel like I could trust them in the future for any emergency needs if my vet is closed. Keep up the great work!
