I must say Family Pet Center is second to none! I am Very Grateful for the Wonderful Care Family Pet Center gave my cat that had a life threatening condition! The whole staff is incredibly nice and so very caring! The facility is kept very clean with no oder at all as some places have! They are conveniently located close by to the Dallas North Tollway and Main st. for easy access. Even if you have to travel 30-40 minutes or more your pet will thank you for the wonderful care they will receive at a reasonable price. I Cannot Thank Family Pet Center Enough!! They Deserve Ten Stars **********!!

When we tell our dog, “it’s time to go to the vet,” he runs to the car because he’s so excited and loves the Family Pet Center. Dr. Bray and Dr. McPherson are awesome, as well as the entire staff. Our dog has had surgical procedures done there as well as simple procedures like check-ups, shots, and nail clipping. Highly recommended.

Dr. Mariel Collins goes above and beyond taking care of my two babies (pets) and explains very detailed information about them. She is always happy to answer any questions, plus she is bilingual. All the staff are friendly and well prepared.

This is our fur baby's home away from home. It is her Vet, her dayboard/over night boarding, groomer and overall love and care facility wrapped in one. Dakota has been here since she was born. She turns 7 this year and we can't imagine anyone else who would be able to give her the care she deserves like Family Pet Center does. Brittany, Michael, Jordan you guys are like family to us🩵

Family Pet Center is amazing. My dog can be tricky and they always manage to get the job done, whatever it may be. I drive pretty far just to get to these guys because it’s so worth it. The receptionists deserve gold stars because they are always friendly and willing to help, especially over the phone. Where else can you find that? These guys can’t be beat when it comes to customer service and care.
