I went to them in a rush to get appointments for my cat when I found out we were going to Hawaii. We had 2 weeks to get our orders and everything else ready to go. Hawaii requires a lot of paperwork and a test. They helped me out so much! They scheduled us ASAP, handled my cat well, and are also knowledgeable on overseas travel with pets!

Took my dogs here in 2009-2013, excellent care. We are moving back to the Fort Bliss El Paso area, called to ask a few questions. The person I spoke to regarding my questions was able to answer and clarify what I needed to know.

Finally got a call back after 2 months of calling. Girl was rude and not helpful whatsoever! Acted like she could not be bothered . Stay away bc I can only imagine how they treat pets
