This place is always great. Our animals are always well taken care of here. Dr. Jaffey and her team are very kind and helpful. I never feel rushed and always feel confident in the services provided. They explain things well and give helpful suggestions.

I just walked in because my dog is really sick, and the front desk lady didn’t let me even talk when she told me, “First, can you wait outside until I call you?” Then, when I went back inside, she said, “We don’t take walk-ins; if it’s an emergency, go to another clinic. We don’t have appointments for this week until February.” What a rude person! Even though I read very good reviews about this vet, I had a super bad experience with that lady.

Dr. Jaffe and the entire staff are outstanding in their care and compassion. They have cared for all of my dogs and I wouldn’t dream of taking them anywhere else.
