Incredible Service!!! We seriously loved this place so much. The energy from the moment we walked in was amazing — warm, friendly, and just super welcoming. The front desk staff were absolutely incredible! I probably threw about 10,000 questions at them, and they answered every single one without missing a beat. They were so patient, helpful, and even gave us suggestions to help save money on our visit, which I really appreciated. The vet we saw was just as great — super knowledgeable and gave us really helpful advice. We left feeling confident and totally taken care of. We 1000% will be coming back. You can tell the people here genuinely care, and it makes all the difference. Highly, highly recommend!

The doctors and staff at Southridge Animal Hospital are the most caring and compassionate people that I have ever come in contact with at a veterinarian. We were very attached to our 13 year cat, Leo. Sadly, he developed kidney disease. Dr. McClannahan was extremely helpful by showing us how we could keep Leo going for an additional 3 months by administering intravenous fluids at home. It was very evident that she understood our concern and was empathetic to the situation. Each week that we took him in for a check, the staff was so caring and helpful. A shout out to Erin, Amanda, Samantha, and Britney. They were all very helpful, professional, and kind. I would highly recommend Southridge Animal Hospital. They are the best!

I love how laid back & calm your office is and especially Samantha's affinity for Schnauzers. My dog announced himself when he came in - he never does that - just a sign of how comfortable he was. The vet care from Dr Phi is top notch. She got to the root cause of skin issues with a rescue foster I brought in and did it in one visit. I look forward to a long relationship with Southridge Animal Hospital

Southridge Animal Hospital has been the BEST vet office that we've ever taken our dogs to! Everyone has been so kind and caring to our girls, and they are extremely knowledgeable. I tell everyone I know that we wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you for everything that you've done for us, Juno, and Zen!
