He is the upmost professional, straightforward, and compassionate veterinarian we could have ever asked for, he has a dedicated team and has worked well with our various animal needs for over 15 years and we can only say wonderful things about him and the service he has provided for our veterinary needs. We were traveling thru when our Yorkie became ill. This office rearranged it's schedule to see our Roxie. I was impressed by Kim's caring attitude and it made all the difference while on vacation. We are so grateful.

Dr. Banks and staff went above and beyond all week long to take care of my Kloey dog. They kept me informed every step of the way, took every single phone call, called me back promptly, just were there for our family at every turn. While our outcome was not what we were hoping for I’m so thankful Kloey had the care she did during her last days.
