Today I had to put my fur baby down Leelah who I’ve had for 13 years. I am so grateful for Dr. Gardner and his staff. Him and I believe her name is Melinda ( sorry I forgot your name I was just in shock of what was happening to leelah) were so amazing, comforting, and patient during this time. Dr. Gardner- thank you so much for being there today and taking your time to say a prayer over us and our fur baby Leelah. I can’t even express how much that meant to me. It gave me such comfort. Y’all made this difficult time so much more comforting. Leelah was in amazing hands and we thank you. God bless y’all. 🩷🩷

We take all three of our dogs to Bsnfield and have taken our other dogs over the last 10 years to them. They are great with my furry family. The staff treats us with respect and kindness, and they are amazing with all of our dogs. We took our girl Rlsa in for her monthly allergy shot and she is a "nervous nelly", but the staff treats her gently and handled her beautifully. Elsa used to be on Apiquel, which gave her some ugly side effects, I spoke with Dr. Gardener about it, and he promptly changed Elsa to the Cytopoint injection. As a result Elsa has no side effects, Thatcher as bad as the allergies, and she's back to being playful and sassy! She goes in monthly for the shot and just to make sure she checks out ok, she's a senior dog. Thank you Banfield!

I take all my animals to the Banfield clinic at Petsmart in Burleson. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The Vet takes the time to explain any concerns.

I am surprised I haven't already left a review here. One of the most top notch grooming services we have. The team is knowledgeable on thier craft and takes responsibility for your peta well being. We have huskies and the fur is an outrageous feat. We do have line of site for blowouts on a more regular basis. And it's cost effective. What a team, and the customer service is top notch. You can tell the team really cares for animals. No matter how nervous your pet is, they take on the responsibility for making them feel comfortable. True professionals.

The staff at Banfield made a particularly difficult time having to let go of my Senior cat so much easier. Heidi, in particular, went above and beyond to help make my visit go seamlessly and provided the greatest comfort and care during such a difficult time. Her kindness and compassion did not go unnoticed. We are so thankful for the car provided by such a great team.
