Needed nail trimming for our large husky/shepherd mix and they set us up an appointment quickly via email and scheduled us as a walk in and took care of him right away when we arrived. Their prices are exceptional compared to other Vets I have dealt with, with my 2 labs. The one who did the trimming was very nice and patient with our dog. I tried being friendly with the front counter staff while my friend and dog went back. Their response was basically 'we don't know you' and it felt awkward so I just sat quietly. Was glad it went fast. Most places who services animals seem to be more outgoing and friendly. I'm chalking it up to maybe they were busy and didn't have time for chit chat. In any case I rated 5 stars based on the setup time of the appointment, the friendliness of the assistant doing the trimming and the quickness of the service. Being a stranger in Buna I guess people need to get to know you before being cordial? Over all I believe it is a very good place to take your furry loved one and I doubt you could find a better place. Maybe equal, but I would still return to this one if I were here on a permanent basis so we could see if the encounter with staff improved in time.

They we very sweet with our new puppy. The vet held her and spoke with her. She even hid the shot. Love the welcome bag with samples.

I had an emergency and my Dr was unavailable. Buna Dr was in Houston but was gracious enough to call me back and gave me some options. He was very kind and apologized.
