We had to put my dog buddy down today and the staff where so understanding and nice. They gave us time before and after his passing and they where so gentle with him during. I will be recommending this vet to everyone I know in Bonham with pets. Thank y'all so much.

Called together my sick dog in for an appt today. Without acknowledgement of any kind that my dog was sick, was advised that earliest appt was mid August (a month away). When I questioned if it was because my dog was a new client that I couldn't get an appt right away, was told no. Then when I advised that I knew someone who just had an appt for the same illness, I was then told it was because the other dog was a current client. This is so unacceptable to know that a dog is ill who will be treated with simple antibiotics and still not see a dog simply because that dog isn't a current client. What a sick way to conduct business.

Took my german shepard Zo-e to see Dr Cox and she even let him treat her with little trouble. Her eyes hurt and doesn't like them to be touched. He was very gentle with her.

Bonham Veterinary Clinic staff are always friendly and accommodating when pet emergencies arise. They even helped me once to stabilize an injured bobcat so I could transport it to a rehabilitation facility.
